Hi!

I'm sure I made some stupid mistake, but for some reason the additional workflow options don't show in the repository properties window.

It should look like this:
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Mylyn_Bugzilla_Connector

In my case, the character encoding option appears right bellow the language one.

I have the latest Mylyn installed with all the latest features(bugzilla etc..). The bugzilla also supports xml-rcp. What could be missing?

The custom workflow support was added for 3.5 so you would need to install a
weekly build to get the new setting:
http://eclipse.org/mylyn/downloads/#weekly . The 3.5 release is planned for
mid March.

Here is a listing of all the noteworthy changes since the 3.4 release:
