BIRT update site referencing missing version of org.eclipse.emf.common? [message #651636]

After adding the feature org.eclipse.birt.chart (2.6.1) from http://download.eclipse.org/birt/update-site/2.6 to my target platform, I get the following error:

"Missing requirement: BIRT Chart Framework 2.6.1 [...] requires 'org.eclipse.emf.common.feature.group 2.3.0' but it could not be found".

Looking at http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/emf/updates/releases/, the oldest available version appears to be 2.3.1.

Anyone else stumbled over this? Workarounds (other than downloading archived versions of all the bundles)?

Can you log a bug for this. We need to get this fixed in the update site.
