Hi, folks:
I'm seeing the same problem. The work-around that I use is, in the Model
Explorer, add the diagram that I want to the top-level model, then drag
the diagram to the sub-package or sub-model that I want it to be in.
Currently this only works for requirement or block definition diagrams.
For the other diagram types, I use the closest equivalent UML diagram
type, and manually add SysML child elements onto the diagram. This
strikes me as being extremely flaky. Any idea when this behavior will be
fixed?
