I use an ExpandBar in my RCP application and it flickers noticeably when it is being resized. I notice this is also happening when I try the Snippet223 so I am wondering if it is normal behaviour or whether it is something more sinister.

The machine is a Dell laptop with an NVIDIA graphics card and is running Windows XP with Java 6 Update 23.
