Hello,

I developped an e4 RCP application.
Today, can I change it to RAP ? Is it possible ?

In the topic ( http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php?t=msg&th=201294& amp;start=0&S=d4afa6d2bab9bad21f30c412cc21725f), the generation seems to be impossible.
Is it now possible ?

I often see an web Contact Demo RAP, but I can't run it on RAP. Why ? Is there regressions ? Contact Demo is an e4 application, so ... (??)

Hi,

I'm sorry to say, but we currently do not provide an up-to-date e4
package for RAP. There are still a couple of incompatibilities [1] which
would require us (or someone else) to create a copy of the current e4
bundles that works with RAP.

We made a huge step towards e4 in RAP 1.3 by providing most of the
missing API in RAP. But as we didn't see much interest in this work from
the community, this topic went down on our priority list.

Hi,

yes, there is an experimental version of e4 in the sandbox that can be
used with RAP 1.2, and should also work with RAP 1.3. You can follow the
instructions on this wiki page:
