exception after adding theUpload widget [message #650551]

hi ppl
i added th upload tool to my RAP application the upload tool is working fine so is my application, but when i run the application i get the Exceptions stated below :
any Ideas what this can be ?

Hi,

I doubt that this errors are related to the upload widget. It looks like
the rap.q07 fragment is missing from your platform. Then again, your
application would not run. Looks strange. Which version do you use? Do
you use source bundles from CVS? Did you change anything in the RAP
sources? And what happens if you remove the upload widget again?
