Hi,

I have a graph with Spring layout algorythm, is it possible to add a node and its position is automatically calculated by the layout algorythm ? when i add a node, i can set the position manually but i want it to be included naturally in the graph layout without to call redraw method on the grah (redraw() recalculate all the layout which is very messy) ..

Hey there!
I've been exprimenting myself with this issue. And found out, thats not possible. Why? Cause Gef/Zest does not support the so called Mental Map. Means Gef/Zest is not using a previous layout as basis to generate the new layout containing your new node. But I can be wrong, it is just as far I've understood the layouting.
