Hi,

I recently get that pretty self-describing message when synchronizing
with our repository.

Somehow the synchronization doesn't *completely* fail, as I'm getting
some new comments, etc. Is that expected?

What exactly won't work if the rpc support is disabled?

Thanks,
Felix

Mylyn uses the XMLoutput of JIRA's web interface to retrieve most
information about issues as well as posts to submit certain changes back.
Certain details such as work logged, list of editable fields and available
work flow operations are only available through SOAP and RPC support.
Additionally information about the repository configuration, i.e. the
available projects, issue types etc., are only available when RPC support
is enabled.
