can't find wizards after install UML2 on eclipse 3.4.1 [message #623371]

Eclipse 3.4.1/GTK

I installed "all in one update site"
mdt-uml2tools-SDK-incubation-0.8.1.zip from this url:
http://www.eclipse.org/modeling/mdt/downloads/?project=uml2t ools

I also checked configuration details, seems every plugins listed in above
url are active. But I still can't find a UML wizard. The File->New
wizard dialog does not show a "UML2 category".
