I'm looking at making two API changes to my EMF workflow model.

The first is to remove the containment reference between
WorkflowComponent and WorkflowParameter.

The second is to split the WorflowContext into two classes:
WorkflowContext and WorkflowTransactionalContext. The former would be
for serial workflows only and not depend on EMF Transaction. The later
would be moved into a separate bundle, depend on EMF Transaction, and
support parallel workflows.
