Hi Folks,

It's time to do some rapid planning for M5. I've scheduled an ECF
conference call for Jan 8 (next Tues) at 12:30pm pacific time.
Particularly committers, please attend if you can.

I've given a brief Summary of M4 progress below.

To start the conversation prior to the conference call next Tuesday, I
propose that we emphasize the following four themes for remaining Ganymede:

1) Shared Editing
2) UI and Example applications as outlined in M4 plan here [1]
3) VOIP
4) Discovery, OSGi remote services, file transfer API development
5) Integration of other projects: Mylyn, SCP, BBAPI, Others
6) Daily update site builds (for dev and ecf1 projects), and automated
testing

I've listed these themes here

http://wiki.eclipse.org/ECF_Conference_Call_1.8.2008

along with some beginnings of other notes. Please add to/comment on
them on the wiki page.

Scott

Hello,

I already did some work on the use cases for shared editing. If it's
okay, I would start to add this work to the wiki tomorrow?

If some of you also have something done, maybe we can meet and combine
our efforts. I probably will work tomorrow from 10a.m. (GMT +08:00) to
3p.m. and maybe Friday from 10a.m. to 1p.m.

You can contact me via skype: kawusel.
Or just write an email.

Kind regards
Judith Merges
