Graphical XML Schema Editor for 3.3.2? [message #618005]

Apologies if this is addressed elsewhere, but I have spent some time
trying to find anything about this online and in these newsgroups with no
luck.

In RSA and also in Eclipse v. 3.3.0 I can:
* right-click an XSD file
* select "Open with"
* choose "XML Schema Editor"

This editor provides me with two tabs: "Source" and "Design"
The "Design" tab provides a nice graphical view.

I cannot find this editor in Eclipse versions 3.3.1 or 3.3.2. Nor have I
been able to find a suitable plugin. I have tried the xsd SDK 2.3.2, but
the editor was still not available after installing.

Any ideas on where I could find it? Or something comparable?
