Hi. IŽm a newbie in ATL.

IŽm trying to use ATL to do a simple transform: Get a UML2 model (any
model) designed with eclipse UML and a predefined profile and transform
into a model based in a Km3 metamodel that takes some information from the
source model.

But by following the examples I could find, I canŽt find a way to use UML
2 as the source metamodel. All examples uses Km3 metamodels... so, should
I write a km3 metamodel expressing the entire UML 2!?
IŽm sure am I doing something wrong. Is there any piece of documentation
IŽm missing ?

Another question: Do I have to create km3/ecore files at all? CanŽt I use
an UML model as metamodel or generate metamodels from UML models?

Ok, I found the UML 2 model in the button EMF Registry inside Run-Atl
configuration. It seems to have worked.
There is a catch: How can I know the UML structure used in EMF
implementation? is there a reference or something like that? My next step
is select objects by stereotype and get properties... now I need to learn
how to do that. Any example?
