This release should be the last API change before the connectathon.
We went through the latest connectathon tests requirements and modified
the APIs to enable them.

In this page we are also documenting which web service call test should
be used for each test. We would appropriate help in the documentation.

We started to document the new API changes in the wiki at:

If you have questions about things we didn't add yet to the wiki please
send to the newsgroup.

If you know your MESA PC ip address, please send it to me and I'll
create you a connectathon testing RHIO with your MESA PC and NIST.

Note that the portal is still behind with the API change, it will take
few days until it will be up again.
