Well done for taking on this vital task - the existing state of
affairs with project-specific bundling to make enablement plugins
just isn't scalable for a growing Eclipse community.

The SOA Tools project has multiple requirements for external
jars, many of which will overlap with other projects and Orbit
will give us an efficient solution - you have our strong
support.

When are accepting lists of candidate jars? :)
