Just letting people know that there will be committer representatives at
the upcoming Members Meeting in Chicago. We will be there to answer any
questions people have.

Here's the members meeting email snapshot:

The agenda for the September 20th, 2007 Eclipse Marketing Symposium and
Members Meeting is firming up. We have also firmed up details on our
committer-focused break-out meeting in the afternoon titled “Fine Tuning
the Eclipse Committer Experience”.

The "Fine Tuning the Committer Experience" break-out will include
Eclipse Foundation staff, as well as at least three of the elected
Eclipse Committer board representatives. The breakout session will
appeal to both new committers and those with more experience. There
will be three main sections of discussion. Each section will be lead
with a series of slides outlining the current processes and open for
discussion. Your elected committer board representatives will be on
hand to note challenges and issues faced by committers.
A Marketing Symposium and members reception will be hosted the day
before the Members Meeting (Sept 19th). For full details of all the
meetings and to register, see: http://regonline.com/eclipse2007mm

Please note that our hotel block is expiring soon. Please register for
the meetings and book hotel ASAP to assure space is available.
