How to invoke internal browser from J2EE Debug Config? [message #560027]

I would like to invoke the internal browser View from a J2EE application run from a J2EE Debug Configuration. I had this working under Galileo, but had to reinstall, and how have Helios, and so I lost my configuration in the process. I had some help setting that up, and had it nicely opening up the internal browser in the editor tab. How can I set up my configuration to do that once my server is running?

P.S. As as side note, I can bring up the internal browser manually, but it won't let me place it in the editor tab pane anymore. Is that a change since Galileo? Something I can find a config for?
