Hey everyone, I'm have Eclipse (CDT) and I want to setup a project using the Makefile.in/Makefile.am files that come with my SVN co. Can someone please explain this to me? I want it to use the Makefiles to setup the project so I can use Eclipse to build the project.

Those files are part of autotools. There is an autotools CDT plug-in
available that will allow you to use them.
