Hi,

EGit currently does not handle the changes outside Eclipse well:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=314104

Change from outside are shown as changed (via the > sign) even if I
committed them. This leads to a workspace which constantly show that I
have changes.

Is their a way to reset / recalculate the icon decorations?
