I used this manual - http://avr-eclipse.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Debugging for connect SimulAVR (from WinAVR) with AVR Eclipse Plugin.

When I start debug-mode I got such message

Can you help me solve this problem? Please

P.S.: and do I need create .gdbinit file? Maybe trouble there

This is not the right forum. You should try either the PDT form:

http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php?t=thread&frm_id= 85&

or the CDT forum:

http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php?t=thread&frm_id= 80&

(Note: I could be grossly mistaken about this, however, I'm not mistaken
about the next bit:)

..gdbinit is only a place for you to create some short-hand for orienting
your gdb debugging session, setting up breakpoints you know you always
want, and other things. It is not actually necessary to the running of gdb.

Hope this helps,

Russ Bateman
