Hello,
I would like to export a rap project as executable using the eclipse
product export. I have a "ui.core" plugin defining views,
perspectives,... and an application. Additionally I use an "ui.core.rap"
fragment defining an entrypoint, a branding and the rap-product.
For the export I created a .product configuration. If I start an eclipse
application from this product (results in an "Eclipse Application
Launcher") everything works fine.
But after the product export from this configuration, the started
browser session ends up in an error shown in an error dialog:
Title: Problems Opening Page
Message: Unable to create perspective '...' There is no corresponding
perspective extension.
I checked the exported plugins, but all there. Nothing is missing. All
bundles are started correct like it was started inside the ide. I also
see no error log...
I use RAP version 1.3.0 on eclipse 3.6.0 with an individual target
platform containing RAP SDK, deltapack and some third party libs.
What can I do to find the reason for the different behavior?

simple reason: build.properties did not contain an entry for the
plugin.xml on binary build
