After Eclipse updating I get several warnings in existing Eclipse CDT projects, which look like:

Invalid project path: Include path not found (/usr/include/c++/4.4/i486-linux-gnu).

I see these entries in the Project Properties, Paths and Symbols, GNU C++. But these entries are read-only, and I cannot delete them. If I create new C++ project, it doesn't contains these incorrect paths. How can I remove them in existing projects?
