Hi,

Is there a way to produce a table of contents in the HTML output?
__TOC__ has no effect ;-(

And is there a way to generate numbered section titles, e.g. "2.1.3
Section"?

Cheers
/Eike

It looks like you're using MediaWiki markup. The magic word __TOC__ (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Magic_words) has
not been implemented in WikiText, though WikiText is quite capable of producing a table of contents in HTML.
Feel free to enter an enhancement request to enable this for MediaWiki markup at
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=Mylyn&am p;component=WikiText

WikiText does not have an option for numbered section titles. Please request an enhancement
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=Mylyn&am p;component=WikiText

If you're generating HTML you might want to consider using WikiText to produce DocBook, then HTML from DocBook using
Docbook XSL. Peter Friese has written a great article on that topic, see http://www.peterfriese.de/advanced-wikitext/
Docbook XSL provides many options for affecting the output, including numbered section titles.

David
