Hi Christian,
if you can come up with a snippet that reproduces the problem, please
file a bug. But, needless to say, without being able to reproduce, we
can't do anything.
Maybe the problem is related to your customers environment? For example,
is there a proxy? If IE-only, can you reproduce it with the same
Windows/Service Pack/IE version? ...

Hi Christian,
it seems that the function _performUpload in Upload.js can lead to a
TypeError with "Access Denied" message. I'd suggest to open a bug with
this trace and include information on know how to reproduce it.
