Can anybody please tell me any good tutorial / books links to TPTP architecure which includes detailed description (programmer's view) of AC (Agentcontroller), Data Collection and Logging, Client and AC communication etc.

The amount of documentation available for the components you are interested in is fairly sparse.... See 'http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/documents/index.php', documentation for users/consumers, and, specifically, the documentation under 'Dated documentation'.
