i have downloaded the teneo 1.2.0m4 version ,but have trouble to install it ,may be i don't know how to unpack the .jar.pack files, who can help me ?

Hi shuihangdong.
Have you placed the zip file into the dropins directory and then restarted eclipse? Or updated through the update managaer?
Note that 1.2.0M4 is for Eclipse 3.6.0 (Helios). If you are using 3.5 then you should use the Teneo 1.1.* builds.

You should not unpack the jar files, the download is a zip file which can be unpacked (but not the jar file inside).
