[ATL] Debugging problem [message #51103] Fri, 06 July 2007 14:47 Go to next message

Hi,
Im new with ATL and I have a problem with the debugger.
the debugger doesnt work with my old Eclipse 3.2 Version, so I installed
a fresh new 3.3 with ATL, EMF, VE ....
When I startet the debugger the first time with the 3.3 Version with the
Families2Person transformation, everything works fine. Then I started my
own transformation and everything works too (I could navigate thru the
steps and saw the variables, like it should be).
But then I terminated the transformation, and wanted to start the
debugging mode again. After that the debugger wont work (tested with
both transformations).
The console output is:
Trying to connect to remote debuggee
Connected.
sent : 13 - [30:17-30:50]
sent : 13 - [13:9-13:22]
sent : 13 - [34:17-34:47]
and then I can push the resume button or the step buttons once but
nothing happens, and no variables are shown.
I already restarted Eclipse but no change happend.
Any ideas?
It is hard for a beginner to work with atl without the debugging mode :-(

thanks very much,
Ina

P.S. I use Eclipse 3.3, Mac OS X.4.9 and Java 1.5.0_07-87 ATL Debugger 1.0.9

Hello,

The messages you get are about breakpoints.

You may try to remove every breakpoint before launching your transformation.
