What's the difference between the javascript support in dltk and the
Javascript Developer's Tool? Why are there two?
If I want to get javascript method completion for ExtJs 3.0.x, is it
enough to put the sources along the "Javascript Path"? I've done that
in my static web project and eclipse "sees" the sources, but it doesn't
try to complete the objects or methods. How can I do that? It would be
nice not to have to memorize all the Ext stuff to use it.
I'm on linux fc11, sun java 1.6, eclipse 'Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web
Developers, Build id: 20090920-1017' and javascript developer tools
'Version: 1.1.2.v200908101420-77-FGCCcNBC-BhLcE_Pm, Build id:
20090917225226'

The reason there are two is that the DLTK version is there to show off what is possible with DLTK.
The JSDT project at eclipse is more established but until recently was not developed as actively. With that said, over the last year there has been extensive improvements and it has several advantages over the DLTK version. Namely it plays nicer with other projects and can be made to work with Non-Web Based projects better.

I believe you can tell JSDT what to use in the javascript path. Also you can contribute libraries via extension point as well.
