Hi

After upgrading to the new GMF version all visual ID's where changed. Re-creating the old diagrams is no option, there is to much data. One way is to change them in the gmfgen model, but I'm curious about the GMF Trace model.

I've been looking for some documentation on how to benefit from the generated *.trace file. Is there a previous post on this or some hint on where to look.

Thanks,
Tobias

Hello Tobias,

just open .trace model and modify all the visual IDs there.
Then re-generate diagram - proper Id's will be assigned to the corresponding
diagram elements.
