this that takes the form of a shell script. I would like to replace my
launcher that now launches Galileo with a launcher that invokes this shell
script using the same icon (the diamond shaped icon). But I can't find this
icon anywhere on my system, though I suspect it's in a jar file somewhere.

The standard Eclipse icon isn't a diamond, it is a circle with several
horizontal lines across its center. It is in the root directory (eclipse)
