I just committed some things we overlooked during API Cleanup:
- AbstractWidgetLCA#getTypePoolId no longer throws IOException
- removed clip argument from WidgetLCAUtil#writeBounds
- removed ControlLCAUtil#writeImage
- changed signature of ControlLCAUtil#writeStyleFlags( Widget )
to writeStyleFlags( Control )

These changes might affect those of you that are developing
custom widgets. Apologies for the inconvenience.
