Working Set, Open - no more idalog? [message #483930]

On Ganymede, with Top Level Elements set to Working Sets, I could right
click on a Working Set folder and select Open Project and get a dialog.
The dialog would include the Working Sets as the top level, and have all
the projects of the Working Set I right clicked on already selected.

With Galileo, now if I right click on a Working Set folder and select Open
Project, all the projects of that working set open. Typically, this is
not the behavior I want.

Was the Ganymede style of Open Projects removed entirely? Is there a
setting I'm missing somewhere? Anyone know what happened here?
