Hi!
The page
http://www.polarion.com/products/svn/subversive/connector_di scovery.php
talk about Connector discovery but it does not work on my setup.
After some inspection, I see the page says "... than it was in versions
before 0.7.8.I20090808-1900". I just installed Eclipse 3.5.0 Java EE IDE
and then the subversive plugin, which is the version
0.7.8.I20090506-1500 (and Update says there is no newer version).
Are the newer releases in some pre final stage (beta, etc...) ?
Where to get them? If they are not final, is it a good idea to use them
in production?
Regards,
David

I'm having similar problems, but i'm trying to move from 3.4 to 3.5 so it's an existing setup. I'm getting no svn related functionality- the <SVN Repository> explorer is empty and the projects have no svnnature -
The log shows ..
org.eclipse.team.core.TeamException: Could not instantiate provider org.eclipse.team.svn.core.svnnature for project.
I've tried numerous installs.
1. Via "Galileo" - Galileo - http://download.eclipse.org/releases/galileo and then Collaboration / Subversive and
2. as you mention above via the update URL you quote - http://download.eclipse.org/technology/subversive/0.7/update -site/
in both cases no connectors are loaded. I tried loading the connectors manually but always the same error in the .log shown above.
info:
Using the JEE version of eclipse ...
