A command menu contribution "visibleWhen" element has a "checkEnabled"
attribute that lets the visibility of the command be tied to its enablement.

In the Eclipse User Interface Guidelines
( http://wiki.eclipse.org/User_Interface_Guidelines#Context_Me nus_2 Guideline
7.15), it is best to have a consistent set of context menu items that are
enabled and disabled instead of a dynamic set of enabled items.

To me this would be easiest to do if the menu visibileWhen additionally had
a checkHandled. Does that make sense? Should I create an enhancement
request? Or is there a superior way to do this?

Thanks,
Will
