Good job, Lars!
Here are some remarks to make the tutorial even better:
- Section 2.2. Creating UML Diagrams with Eclipse UML2 Tools
"Create a new java project and a new folder, e.g. "uml". Select the new folder,
right click on the folder, select new and other." At the moment UML2Tools
diagram can be created in a project of any type, not only in Java projects.
You create diagram in Java project, but it would be good to mention the others
possibilities.
-2.3. Interfaces
"Simple right click on the interface and select "Show as class" of "Collapse
to circle"." We are going to change the labels of the actions, be carefull!
-2.4. Viewing the .uml file
I propose to note that *.uml is EMF-based.
-3. Appendix: Class diagrams
It this part you give an introduction to UML Classes. You describe it abstractedly,
independently of UML2Tools. I offer to say couple of words about its implementation
in UML2Tools there. It's important to know how to hide a compartment, how
to create an association with a composite(shared) aggregation, that aggregation
kind of an association can be changed by the action.
-5. Links and Literature
Isn't it a place to refer to www.omg.org/uml ? You have a whope chapter (appendix)
devoted to UML, many people could be interested to know about UML more.
Thank you for the tutorial. I hope it will help many people to start with
UML2Tools.
Best wishes,
Tatiana.

I also believe the following is important and will build it in the tutorial
soon.
