I just discovered (to my horror) that there is currently no SWT support
for printing in GTK. I haven't been able to find much on this subject,
but it seems hard to believe that a product that's aimed at
cross-platform development would leave this out. What are other
programmers doing to work around this? Are there plans to add printing
to the GTK SWT libs in the future?

The bug tracking this feature is:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=24796

It looks like the current status is waiting for a print dialog to be
created for GTK+ 2.10.
