Should ScrollBar respond to PageUp/Down keys? [message #460516]

The Northover book says ScrollBars send a SelectionEvent when they are
changed by the keyboard. Does this include the PageUp and PageDown keys?
(Don't know of any other keys that would apply) Nothing happens on my XP
system with 3.1.

Mouse (including wheel) scrolls, and the Composite has focus.

The Northover book meant to say on platforms where scroll bars take focus,
they can be changed by the keyboard.
