Hi,
I'm going on some nervous trouble, by doing some things with eclipse RCP :
I want to add some view to a general perspective (general perspective
means that those perspective don't know that she will be modified).
The simple method IWorkbenchPage.showView(...) can show a view but how to
modifie his state on fly ?
What i want to do is to add a standalone view to each perspective i add to
my application.
My solution solution is a bit lazy, but in other hand i don't know where
and how to add some view wich can persist throught the perspective system
(such a the tool bar path, the perspective switcher ....).
If someone can highlight me on those two ideas :
- how to change the state of views after a perspective is open ?
- how to add some persistent place to the workbench ?
Cordialement, Best Regards.
