Gilod,
I'm not quite sure what you're asking but probably asking on the UML2
Tools newsgroup, which I've added to the "to" list of this reply, is a
better starting point. Copying a project and modifying it doesn't sound
like an ideal approach...

Hello Gilod,
You can use this PSF to download GMF artifacts for UML2 Tools diagram --
http://wiki.eclipse.org/images/6/62/UML2Tools_Diagrams.psf
The referenced code contains GMF sources ( gmfgraph, gmftool, gmfmap, gmfgen
files) as well as code of the generated diagrams.
More details about re-generating UML2Tools diagram you can find here --
http://wiki.eclipse.org/MDT-UML2Tools_How_To_Regenerage_Diag rams#Checkout_diagram_plug-ins_of_UML2_Tools
..
Best wishes,
Tanya.
