Viewing Sybase ASE stored procedures [message #35462] Fri, 24 August 2007 09:04 Go to next message

Is it possible to use DTP 1.5 to view the definitions of the stored
procedures on a Sybase ASE 15.x server (not just their names, but the
Transact-SQL code)?

I can only see their names. I have not managed to view the
Transact-SQL. This means that I cannot yet use DTP to manage Sybase ASE
stored procedures.

Many thanks in advance.

Jeffrey,

DTP currently does not have this capability, but there are some offerings
from Sybase (in Eclipse) that would help. This being an open source forum
and all, I wont cite products, but search sybase.com for "WorkSpace". :-)
