Problem with release built from source [message #1872389]

Hello experts,

I have built the IDE from source using MAVEN, I have a problem in all branches I tried (develop, freeze, release): the "deployment console" cannot be loaded and it shows the following error:

Could not create the view: org.eclipse.fordiac.ide.deployment.ui.views.Output

Any clue ?

Hi,
this problem is coming from the fact that you opend an old workspace. Workspaces themselves are not compatible between 4diac IDE versions. Only projects. So the best is that you use a new workspace or delete the .metadata directory in your workspace and import your projects again.
