I'm running a Mosquitto broker and subscriber on my PC. I have an ESP32 acting as a client and publishing sensor data to the broker. I'm wondering:

1. If I have another ESP32 publishing to the same topic simultaneously, how does the broker handle the conflicts between the incoming messages?

2. If the broker goes offline immediately after my publisher has published a message (and the broker does not receive any part of the message), is there any way to retrieve the lost message? Will the broker know a message has been lost?
