CDT Seems to look in wrong path for compile_commands.json [message #1852130]

I've configured an absolute path for the compilation database, but eclipse warns that it was not created, at some other path. See attached screenshot. And as the warning says, the Indexer really doesn't know about the right include paths.

Did I configure something wrong, or is this a bug?
