IAR plug-in debugger problem [message #1849120]

I am using eclipse 2021-12 and IAR 7.5.
I installed the IAR plug-in in eclipse without any issues.
My problem is when I try to launch the debugger.
In the "Debug Configurations" dialog under the "Setup" tab I get the following message: "Sdk is not enabled for debugging".
Although my project has a device selected (STM32L071KB), it does not show in the configuration dialog as well.

What I am missing?
