I have installed the basic OOB Java IDE installation. Online documentation indicates that the HTTP TCP/IP monitor is part of the install and can be launched under Window > Preferences.

There is no menu pick for TCP/IP Monitor.

Version:
Eclipse IDE for Java Developers (includes Incubating components)
Version: 2021-09 (4.21.0)

Please advise.
