I using eclipse for learning C++ and ı new on this.
I don't know what can ı write in description about problem..

You certainly have much to learn.
Unfortunately this isn't the place to be doing it.

Eclipse is primarily an editor and the CDT plugin tailors it for C++.
Asking about learning C++ here is a lot like asking a paper manufacturer
for novel writing lessons.

I suggest finding a C++ tutorial.

Tutorialspoint.com has one.
So does cplusplus.com
There are many others.

Do a web search for "c++ tutorial"
