This issue is related only to Eclipse 2019-12. When I install the TCF plugin, I can't use the CDT functionality and no TCF debug configuration appears.
The odd thing is when I try to debug with the RCP plugin, I can see all functionality working in the new launched eclipse (cdt, tcf ...)
