Here is the exception but i am not able find out where i will get this error in BIRT

2021-03-04 00:09:09,219 ERROR [STDERR] org.eclipse.birt.report.exception.ViewerException: The report file : C:\Program Files (x86)\Verifone\ERM\Web\jboss\server\ermweb\.\deploy\reportViewer.war\erm-reports/Terminal_Activation.rptdesign does not exist or contains errors.

If i will get then how i will create custome error
