I have tried uninstalling eclipse and then reinstall it.
I used different mirrors for installer download.
tried resetting the default setting.
please help me solve this problem.

You might try running with eclipse.exe -vmargs -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 and if that works, you can add -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 to the end of the eclipse.ini. It looks like an encoding problem, but it could also be a font issue so you might look at the font preference and see if things look mangled there too.

There was problem in the font.
