In Papyrus Model explorer is not located in the Work bench.
If I search via ( Window -> Show View-> Model Explorer) I can see it and also I can open it. But it won't fit in the workbench view. I mean model explorer is not merge with workbench it is acting like a external editors.

Click on the "Model Explorer" tab and drag it back into the main Eclipse window, next to "Project Explorer".

Solved :) . Thanks for the update.
And also one more option is available (Property view--> View Menu--> New Property views--> from here we can assign or apply Model Explorer or any other View area tools on the Eclipse Papyrus- workbench )
